Successful software program implementation management

While software programs are becoming increasingly complex, there is no real reason why the methodologies used to control and manage them should also become complex and unwieldy. Expanding upon existing project control procedures and techniques, this paper presents an approach to program implementation and management that has been proven successful and whose concepts can be directly applied to other software programs to enhance the probability of their successful completion.
